2. Plan your sleep
Most people stay up late and wake up early, sometimes sleeping in on the weekends. This sleep schedule will keep you up. Try to go to bed at the same time and wake up at the same time.
3. Get exercise
Most people don’t exercise enough and not only is it bad for their bodies, but it’s bad for their sleep. When you exercise, your body will welcome sleep and you’ll notice that you’ll get an amazing nights sleep.
