One of the simplest indigestion remedies is looking carefully at how you eat. If you are regularly one of the first people to clear their plates, and hardly chew your food before swallowing, or talk a lot whilst you’re eating, then perhaps you need to review your eating habits, as it could be these more than anything else that is triggering your heartburn.
It’s been found that by chewing your food more thoroughly, and not rushing your meal, and talking between mouthfuls rather than with your mouth full, you can decrease your chances of triggering your indigestion. So slow down your eating if you’re a fast eater over the next week and see how you feel.
