   Not for your domain name. But you can get that for less then $10.00 a year.

   There are a couple of free web hosting services out there. But you get what you pay for and expect to see their advertisements on your web pages or you’re stuck using a vanity account like, yourname.theirsite.com.

   You can get web hosting for less then $5.00 a month. Everything you need.

   There are few free hosting services, but they’re usually sub domain. You have to pay to register and host your website (with your own domain).
   You don’t have to if you only become sub domain,
   Like zzzzz.blogger.com means that your "zzzzz" blog is a sub domain of blogger.com
