registering a domainname and using yahoo web service?

trying to register a domainname and use yahoo web hosting package. However I live in the Netherlands and the registration page requires a USA state to be entered there is no ‘outside USA and Canada’ option. How do I get round this

I’m not sure how to get around this, but I would recommend trying www.doteasy.com They have a good price on domain registration and hosting. Hope this helps.
