		<description>To prevail in a domain name dispute at the UDRP, you will need to must that the disputed domain name is being used in bad faith.  Thus, if the person registering ABC.info, .biz, etc has a legitimate right to the trademark ABC, then you will likely have no recourse.

Keep in mind that a trademark does NOT mean you have a monopoly on a name.  Consider, for example, the trademark &#34;Delta&#34; for an airline, faucets, and tools.  All three companies may have a legitimate right to domain names containing &#34;Delta&#34;.
