When she walked up on stage at the Academy Awards there was no denying that Sandra Bullock looked better than most 20 something year old girls. Her arms are tight and toned, and her body is long and lean. So what is the secret of this 45 year old gorgeous actress?

Having a fitness lifestyle. Apparently Sandra says she doesn’t just get in shape for parts… she stays in shape all year long by having a workout program she can stick too. It’s a blend of all different workouts… some days she may be weight training, some days kick boxing, running, plyometrics (jumping exercises) and more. This makes sure she doesn’t get bored and she stays on the fitness bandwagon.

I love when ever women admit to lifting weights, especially heavy weights! Too many women are still intimidated by grabbing a set of dumbbells but when you see Sandra Bullock and other popular, gorgeous women doing it then that helps to spread the word on the importance of strength training.
