It is not a steroid like many women think… all it does is help your body give you extra energy. And I’m telling you that you really can feel it. One negative side affect of creatine is the fact that is puts water weight on your body.

But you don’t always have to be using it. I suggest you only use it you need that energy boost in the morning… but you won’t have to creative load.
