Cycling with the Garmin Forerunner 405CX

The Garmin 405cx can be easily used while biking. You can change the sports mode from running to cycling, which will use speed zones, heart rate zones and calorie zones specific to cycling rather than running. The speed is shown on the 405cx sports watch in miles per hour instead of the paces used when you are in running mode. There is a bike mount accessory which makes it easy to attach your Garmin 405cx to your bike and allow you to see your Garmin Forerunner 405 cx while exercising. There is also a cadence sensor accessory which monitors cadence (revolutions per minute).
