Is there any other fee’s for buying a domain name on godaddy.com i am also buying their server package as well

Is there any other fee’s for buying a domain name on godaddy.com i am also buying their server package as well it just seems like paying $8.99 for a domain name is cheap, i thought they usually cost around $80 but is go daddy just a registration service and u got to pay like $80 a month for the name on top of that or is the $8.99 just a one time fee

there’s a 25 cent icann fee. That’s it. I would register at http://www.LocoDomains.com by the way

    its 8.99 a year, 7.99 at http://www.dynadot.com. Thats just a domain then U need hosting also like $8 a months

    Godaddy suspended my web hosting for a domain for no reason, they sucks, I moved all my web hosting to http://aplis.net/
