i was looking to start a clan and make a website for it, but i have two problems 1 i have a dynamic IP address and 2 dont want to BUY a domain name
so do you know of anywebsites that use Dynamic DNS and free domain registering?
yeah i know i can point directly to my IP but the problem with that with having a dynamic IP is i would have to countinuosly email any clan members including myself the IP address
yeah my router suggests that i use dyndns, i know they give you a list of ones to choose from but they seem kinda stupid, but oh well, i guess money does rule the world

Not possible. You will have to pay for it. There is no place that is stupid enough to do all this for free.

You might look into Microsoft office live. The basic service is free. I’m not sure what database capabilities are included for free.

I’m looking for one that doesn’t require you to fill out any other offers or earn points, I don’t want it to be one that let’s you register for a year but you’re not able to renew it after that year is up, and is not .tk, .co.nr, or.co.cc.
Okay they have to pay ICANN 20 cents but I can pay a $0.20 fee. There re places where I can get one for free but I have to fill out other offers.

So, in other words, you’re looking for a way to get a domain name for free that enables you to be incredibly lazy, not learn the value of a dollar, not to mention hard work, oh and to top it all off, you get to keep it forever and ever while the rest of us have to fork over the money to get the same luxury.

And believe me, if there way a way to get a domain name for 20 cents, people wouldn’t pay the usual price of $10 for them. Just because it is possible for a COMPANY to get a domain name for 20 cents, does not mean that the general public can as well. And I am not really sure where you got this 20 cents thing either…

I am "really, really, REALLY" hoping that you are a teenager who can’t pay for a domain name because of the usual reasons, because if you are an adult, it is beyond pathetic.

So, my snarky attitude aside, since what you are asking for does not exist, I would suggest either waiting until you can buy a domain name or just do not have a website. Those are your only options, unless you can get a family member to buy you one or something.

(P.S. If you have the need of "reporting" this or anything, I just wanted to let you know that I answered the way I did because I was seriously offended by your whole "I want this for free, but I have a list of demands as well" tone of your post.
