Supplements Tear Up My Insides.
Thursday, March 11th, 2010Well if you don’t know, every once in a while I find a workout supplement that just tears up my insides. recommended dosages are just that recommended. They are often times too strong and can really put your stomach into a tail spin.
I find that if I ease my way into using these supplements then I get better results. I use half the recommended dosage to start and then work my way up to full strength once I get used to the pre-workout supplement.
Find some killer products and descriptions on pre workout supplements. there is lots of information on what works and what doesn’t including all those products that have adverse effects on the stomach. Good Luck.
