i am looking to make a free website .. and after i feel that i am ready . i should be able to buy a domain name for low cost . (what the lowest cost website ? )
and if i buy a dimain name . will that website be my website ? have all the control over it ? like do i keep all the money i earn or do i share it with the website i made my website on ?
plz tell me how a website work. i am not sure about how a website works .all i know is how to make a website .. and can u tell me a good way to earn moeny .

if you buy the domain and pay for hosting - about 20 per year you put what you want on the site, this includes content and advertising, any revenue you generate is 100% yours which is why i dont recommend going the free route.
if you intend to create a business or revenue earning website dont waste time with free services, its a false economy

if you want to buy an .com.au domain
you must have a BUSINESS with an ABN number
check with your ISP as they normally give you 50meg of free webspace anyway for personal space
but if its business to get free domains nope nada that finished years ago
but I still need more details on what way you want to go
